این مشکل معمولا با چنین پیغام خطایی در فایرفاکس ظاهر می شود:
Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

آموزش حل این مشکل:
در آدرس بار فایرفاکس تایپ کنید. about:config
بر روی i'll be careful, i promise کلیک کنید.
در قسمت جستجو یا همان search عبارت رو برو را تایپ کنید. security.tls.version.max
حال در قسمت value بر روی عدد 1 مقابل فیلد security.tls.version.max کلیک کنید و بجای آن عدد 0 را درج کنید.
کار تمام است. جهت بازگشت به حالت اولیه کافیست عدد 0 را به 1 تغییر دهید.
